Fee Policy

Payment Schedule

  • School dues must be paid between the *1st to 15th of every month* on all working days, except Sundays.

Late Payment Penalty

A fine of *Rs. 50 per month* will be charged for payments made after the due date.

Non-Payment Consequences

  • Fees unpaid for *two consecutive months* will result in the student’s name being *struck off the register*
  • Re-admission Fee:* Rs. 250 will be charged along with outstanding tuition fees and late fines for re-enrollment.
  • Students with unpaid dues will not be allowed to *attend classes* or participate in *examinations

Important Note

  • The school reserves the right to take necessary action for non-payment of fees without prior notice

Withdrawal Policy

Timing of Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal of a student is normally permitted only after the *Annual Examination*.
  • If a student is withdrawn during the academic session, parents will be liable to pay fees for the entire session, as the seat will remain vacant for the rest of the year.

Transfer Certificate Issuance

A Transfer Certificate (TC) will only be issued after clearing all outstanding school dues.
The following documents must be submitted when requesting a TC:

  • A recent *passport-size photograph* of the student.
  • A photocopy of the *Annual Report Card*.
  • Birth Certificate* issued by the Municipal Corporation.
  • An application written and signed by the parent(s).
  • The fee receipt of the last payment made.
